Keri Taylor
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Keri Taylor is the Chief Executive Officer of Pay It Forward Behavioral Health Center LLC and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Hampton, University. It was her vision and goal to offer a substance abuse treatment center where everyone is valued and treated with dignity. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations, long and short-term goals, and grant and financial management. She meets every client and offers each an opportunity to pay it forward within their recovery process.
While acting as the Chief Executive Officer, Keri is also an accomplished People Operations Manager. A self-starter with over twenty years of experience, Keri implements organizational strategies and measures for continuous improvements and efficient business operations. She is a multitasker who meets project deadlines and requirements while performing multiple tasks within fast-paced environments. An effective leader who continuously motivates her staff while prioritizing and delegating tasks to ensure timely project completion within a team environment.
Keri is an effective trainer with extensive knowledge. Additionally, as the Chief Executive Officer, she ensures compliance with all local, state, and federal regulatory agencies.
Kelly Taylor
Chief Operating Officer
In his role as Chief Operating Officer, Kelly Taylor is responsible for managing the company’s finances, which includes risk management and financial reporting. As a leader with the Pay It Forward Behavioral Health Center LLC, he is responsible for maintaining a diverse business process, through compliance and facilities operations.
Kelly continually demonstrates his expertise in people skills and has an astute business and work acumen. He is an undaunting community advocate who strongly believes that there is a relentless need for substance abuse treatment advocacy in his community. Kelly believes in activism and compassion for the underprivileged and destitute. He believes that everyone should be given an opportunity to pay it forward throughout their recovery journey, regardless of their situation or circumstance.
